Personal Training

Personal Training is one of the most effective form of fitness training, because with 1:1 training, you face a motivator and expert in sports and health. A good basis of trust is a prerequisite for me. That is why I focus on your personal needs and goals and accompany you holistically on your path to success. Health fitness, athletics and competitive sports are my focal points in the field of personal training.

It is best to get in touch right away to arrange an initial interview. You will then receive an individual offer. You choose your desired location for the training: Whether at home, in the office, in my sports school or online.

Online personal Training

Train at home or on the road. No scheduling stress due to opening hours and no rushing. Target-orientated physical training, professional instructions and corrections in various exercises according to your goals and wishes. Health fitness

Physical and mental balance are important for performances in everyday life and the quality of life. Therefore, regular exercise and relaxation are essential for a healthy lifestyle. With preventive training to stabilize joints and strengthen the holding muscles, pain is prevented and alleviated. Personal training in the area of health fitness gives you moments to recharge your batteries but also to effectively reduce stress.

Athletics

Intensive Training with an individual focus is the most important prerequisite for high performance, stress and resistance. From my own experience I mainly rely on functional training because training with your own body weight is not only particularly gentle for your joints, but also makes a healthy progress possible. Functional training as personal training takes you to the next fitness level.

Competitive sports

As a competitive athlete, a trained body is crucial. No matter if you are preparing for the upcoming season or need additional training. Personal training supports and gets you even more fit. We work individually on your areas that still need to be strengthened and improved. A sport-specific training is essential. Karate Competition

From a sports science point of view, karate athletes should train many units per week in order to achieve a greater performance increase. The goal of competitive sports karate training is to organize (periodize) the training for the athletes and to accompany and supervise the athletes on their path.

Why periodization?

Was your performance better before or after a competition, than on the actual tournament day? With this result, many karate athletes must fight to get the best possible performance at championships.

As a former competitor and current coach of many successful athletes, I am at your disposal with advice and action with efficient time management to achieve your big goals.

Karate seminars / amateur sports

I offer karate courses in Germany and abroad. My range of services in the field of karate courses includes:

  • Training for children‚Äôs and youth groups

  • Weekend courses for amateur athletes including Kyu and Dan tests in the DKV
  • Preparation for Kyu exams
  • Preparation for Dan exams
  • Acceptance of DKV Kyu and Dan exams (until the 4th Dan)
