About me
I discovered my passion for sports at the age of 9. Through my then active brother I came to Karate Do. This sport fascinates me so much that it was not just a hobby, but I turned my hobby into a profession. After graduating from high school, it was clear to me that I would study sports. In 2002 I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in physical education.
My career in sports began in my home country Jordan. Here I was a member of the Jordanian Karate national team for many years. In 2003 I decided to emigrate to Germany. There I was appointed to the German Karate national team due to my performance. After a long active and successful competition career, in which I already worked as a coach at the same time, I decided to end my career in 2013 in order to be able to fully concentrate on being a coach.
Since 2014, I have been working as regional head coach at the Bavarian Karate Bund e.V. as well as the SV UNSU Karate e.V.
At the moment, I look after various athletes on a national and international level. Here I quickly became aware that goals can only be achieved with extensive and precisely coordinated care, in which you take your individual time for your athlete.
